Hey boss there’s some issue with downloads, browser says it will take 8 hours! Restarted the download and it stays the same, incredibly slow.
Unfortunately we have no control over the cloud servers, but others in the past have had this issue so we know it exists. They should geolocate and find the nearest server close to you and send download links that way. The only thing I can recommend is wait a few hours and see if it resolves.
