Great knowledge comes at a price, and my price has very little meaning here in the monetary sense. I’ve adored her for nearly 20 years so seeing things slow down has been quite difficult for me. Nearly June and only 8 Lili sets so far this year is not something I’m too thrilled about to be honest. In years past I would be losing my shit, but I’m just trying to cherish and enjoy each set as it comes. Each one is a reminder of why I’m here in the first place. So yes, I’d really love to have some Lili birthday fun this year. That’s an understatement.
I can see and understand why you’d say that the more up to day sets are lackluster. The 2023 session might not be for everyone when comparing it to earlier sets. I really don’t expect anyone to like those sets nearly as much as me, it’s literally impossible to like those as much as I do, but I hope some still got a lot of enjoyment from seeing them. Lili is a mature mother now, it’s just the world we live in now. She grew up faster than I wanted her to…a lot faster than me that’s for sure…lol.
I don’t really know why the comments are so slow these days. I remember a time when you couldn’t keep up with them, and especially not during events. For me, every set is it’s own story and I love to compare each one, especially ones on a given day. I like seeing the progress over the day of shooting or how how into the set themes that Lili gets. No matter the time frame Lili’s beauty and modeling prowess can always be celebrated.
I try to keep my comments pretty basic these days as the sets hit me in the feels pretty hard, but I do my best.
