At the first look I was thinking about Petra but after looking a little closer I think this is Kayley

Some of the blurry previews are instantly recognizable, some are quite a challenge and some I find are best just to randomly guess.
I would guess Kayley, but this very well could be Julie, Linda, Katey or Petra….
I shall have to do some more research make the guess more sure 🙂
